DELIVERY TIME AND DELIVERY ZONE
Orders are shipped two working days following the day you place your order. We deliver the order to service point closest to your address. The order will be sent to the delivery address mentioned by you the at the time of order checkout.
LOCAL TAXES
Please note that local taxes (VAT, customs duties) may apply, depending on your region and local customs fees. These fees are at the customer’s own expense.
RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied or you change your mind, you have a legal right to cancel the order at any time up to the end of 14 days after you receive the products.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to us at email address shown below , giving details of the products ordered and order number.
